Rainy Season Oracle stands a female figure in a deep blue Ankara dress with both arms spread wide at her sides and palms flat and upturned, face tilted slightly upward, in the posture of maximum openness to what comes from above. The background is slate blue-grey. No rain falls. From above her open palms, small silver coins descend slowly, not from a vessel but from the air itself, accumulating in shining pools in her upturned hands. This is a one of one original piece, the only work of its kind in the world, a mixed media fine art work of photography and digital art, Giclée printed on museum quality 310gsm Textured Fine Art Cotton Rag. A luminous and quietly prophetic Nigerian painting about abundance, faith, and the body that is open enough to receive what the sky decides to send. Available at Naija Art Store.
