Last Order seats two African masquerade figures at a long amber-lit bar counter, fully costumed and entirely at ease, as if this is simply where they come after their ceremonial duties are done. One leans on the counter with both forearms flat, deep in the weight of something. The other sits back, one hand holding a bottle loosely, mid-story. Between them on the counter, two empty bottles and two full ones. Their drinks glow, one vessel of liquid gold, one of liquid blue, the only supernatural light in an otherwise very ordinary late-night scene. This bold and quietly hilarious Nigerian digital painting is a Giclée mixed media fine art print on museum quality 310gsm Textured Fine Art Cotton Rag, one of just 20 prints produced worldwide. A conversation-starting piece of wall painting for restaurants, bars, private collections, and anyone with a sense of humour about the sacred.
